Gli appartamenti Villa Gaia sono gestiti personalmente dal proprietario con una attenzione particolarmente curata per gli  ospiti; la villa dispone di una piscina con lettini e ombrelloni, nel mezzo di un uliveto tranquillo, che è il miglior presupposto per una vacanza all'insegna del massimo relax. La casa inoltre dipsone di un parcheggio privato. Villa Gaia è un punto di partenza ideale per belle escursioni e interessanti gite in mountain bike  Posizione tranquilla, Ca. 300 dal Lago e dalla spiaggia e a 1 km dalla città.

 

 

Die kleine Villa, deren Bau erst vor kurzem abgeschlossen wurde, besteht aus Wohnungen  modern eingerichteten Appartements mit Satelliten-TV,WElan und Heizung; Entfernung zum See etwa 300 mt und zur Altstadt ca. 1 Km. Da die Appartements der Villa Gaia vom Eigentümer persönlich verwaltet werden, ist eine besonders aufmerksame und zuvorkommende Betreuung der Gäste gewährleistet; zur Villa gehört ein Swimmingpool mit Liegestühlen und Sonnenschirmen, der in einem ruhigen Olivenhain liegt und somit die beste Voraussetzung für einen Urlaub im Zeichen der maximalen Entspannung bietet. Den Gästen des Hauses steht ein Privatparkplatz zur Verfügung. Die Villa Gaia ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für herrliche Wandertouren und interessante Ausflüge mit dem Mountainbike.  Ruhige Lage, Ca. 300 Mt. vom See und vom Strand und ca. 1 Km. vom Ortszentrum entfernt durch einen Fußgängerweg zu erreichen.

Einfach fantastisch 5/5   Aufenthalt im Juni 2017 Mareike H. 

Wir hatten ein Appartement für zwei Personen gemietet. Es war neu renoviert und die eigene Dachterasse bot einen traumhaften Ausblick auf die Berge und den Gardasee. Die Familie war sehr nett und wir haben uns wirklich rundum wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist sehr gut- etwa zehn Minuten gemütlicher Fußmarsch ins Zentrum und daher zentral aber ruhig. Die Seilbahn auf den Monte Baldo ist in fünf Minuten zu erreichen und bietet Möglichkeiten für tolle Wanderungen und Mountainbiketouren.Vielen herzlichen Dank für den schönen Urlaub :-)

Wir hatten eine schöne Urlaubswoche in einer sehr sauberen Wohnung, in der wir uns wohl gefühlt haben. Die Größe ist ausreichend für zwei Erwachsene und zwei Kinder, mit einer Terrasse mit Tisch und Stühlen und einem kleinen Balkon mit zwei Stühlen. Von dort hat man einen tollen Blick auf den See und auf den Monte Baldo. Leider war es noch zu kalt um im Pool zu schwimmen, darauf freuen wir uns beim nächsten Mal. Anja F.
